Justin Robert McWilliams passed away Saturday December 27, 2025.

Justin was born in Elko Nevada on June 17, 1995, to John and Annie (Marianna) McWilliams.

Justin loved living in Nevada. He grew up loving the outdoors hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He graduated from Spring Creek High School June 7, 2013. He went on to a trade school graduating from Wyotech in Laramie Wyoming as a Diesel Mechanic Sept 19, 2014.

Throughout high school, Justin spent most of his summers growing up working on stage with his dad, sister and brother, traveling around putting on concerts. Justin spent many hours learning to weld and fabricate while building the stage with his dad.

Justin also loved spending time with his best friend Lee Garcia. “Big” Lee and Cheryl Garcia and Lee’s siblings were always a second family for Justin. Last year, Justin spent many hours working on cars with Lee & Cameron Garcia. He loved mechanizing vehicles for friends and family.

Justin married the love of his life, Tahna (Peterson) McWilliams Aug 10, 2019. Justin and Tahna have 2 boys, Jasper Ivan and Waylon Allen, and a baby girl due April 18th. Her name will be Justine after her dad.

Justins most recent employer was Canyon Construction where he was known as a hard worker and though hired as an equipment operator, quickly moved into a foreman position. No matter who he worked for, Justin was known for his work ethic.

Justin had an amazing sense of humor; we will miss him greatly. One of his favorite movies was Blazing Saddles, in fact, just this Christmas he wore a shirt with a quote from that movie.

Justin is survived by his wife Tahna McWilliams, Sister Missy (Rusty) Kramer, Brother Austin (Kylie) McWilliams, sons Jasper and Waylon, daughter Justine, and his Dad and Mom John & Annie McWilliams, along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

There will be a celebration of life, though the date is yet to be determined.
