Norman Bud Skeen, 81, of Heyburn Idaho passed away peacefully on December 27th 2022. 

Bud was born August 1, 1941 in Nampa, Idaho to Harvey and Neita Skeen of Melba ID. 

He is survived by his five children; Laura, David, Andrew, Matthew and Joseph. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Derrek, Danielle, Jay, Rachel, Maddelyn, Samuel, Maximus and Lucius. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Faye Rutan, Eleanor Walls, Rosezela (Rosie) Rhodes,  Ruby Hukill and brothers Merrell and Orley.

Bud loved the outdoors and was an avid and life-long hunter and fisherman.  In his retirement he spent many days riding his mules in the mountains with long time friends.  

Bud was a great father, grandfather and a friend to many. He will be missed dearly.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday January 5, 2023 at Morrison Funeral home 188 S Hwy 24 Rupert ID. Burial will follow in the Paul Cemetery.
