Jay loved to hunt but mostly he loved to fish.  His most priceless possessions are his family.  His two sons Tyler Osterhout of Twin Falls and Jeremy Osterhout (Cheyenne) of McCall.  His two beautiful daughters Tausha Osterhout Vela (Ruben) of Twin Falls and Sabrina Osterhout Higley of Payette.  His grandchildren are Alyssa Romero, Izzac Osterhout, Lance Morris (Mariah), Isaiah Vela, Teagan Guinn (Valarie), Caleb Vela, Mathew Vela, Braxton Streling, Mariah Streling, Christian Osterhout, Mataya Thompson, and Asher Osterhout.  His great grandchildren are Zeke Morris, Harlow Morris, Joslynn Cruz, Sophia Cruz, and Kyesin Osterhout.

Condolence
So sorry to learn of Jay's passing. Prayers to his family. I am truly heart broken. Jay was an extraordinary example of someone that wears their heart on their sleeve. Such a kind, gentle, and loving soul, may he rest in peace. I'll miss you at the beet dump. That wave and smile will always be with me. Give em heck in heaven, and give my sis a hug and a kiss.
